The simplest and the easiest way of creating a survey form is using of google form. Google forms are the easiest way of conducting survey for an organization, companies, institutes, NGOs and other working farms because of its user friendly nature. Survey contains as many questions as you want with very attractive designs and customize options.
Requirement for Google form
The only requirement for creating a google form is an email id, which is very easily available to everyone. There is no need of any external application or software for creating a google form. This feature makes Google form different from rest of the forms.
How to create a Google Form?
1. Login to your personal email id where you want to store the data of the survey conducted using Google form.
3. A new window will appear. Click on "new" button and select the Google form.
4. Click on the "untitled form" at the top left part of the page and edit it according to the desire of the survey.
5. Click on the "Untitled question" at the center of the page and edit the question according to the requirement.
6. Add the other options if required otherwise choose "short description" from the drop-box on the right top corner of the form.
7. For another question click on the plus(vertical icon) near the form.
8. If you want to keep a question compulsory click on "Required" button at the bottom of the form.
9. For further design, explore the other icon in the form.
Google form provides a large number of options for the user to make the form simple and attractive. Users can even paste images, links and many more things in google form.
In the present time, Google form is one of the most widely used form for conducting survey and data entry. It reduces the work of an individual person and is very easy to use.
